Overview
CGS is seeking an experienced senior-level Information Technology Enterprise Architect to support the IT business mission of a large-scale government enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal applicant should demonstrate knowledge and experience in organization processes and procedures specific to PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI. The applicant will also be tasked with collecting information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment. Base pay range: $126,186.67/yr - $171,253.34/yr. Employment Type: Full-Time, Senior-Level. Department: Information Technology. Responsibilities
Understand and articulate the organization’s technologies and work with leaders to collect information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment. Demonstrate senior-level IT competency with exceptional interpersonal and professional maturity; possess strong oral and written communication skills; knowledge and experience in PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI. Apply knowledge of EA frameworks (including Zachman and TOGAF) to provide a holistic enterprise view for system owners, planners, designers, developers, and subcontractors within budget constraints. Demonstrate engineering abilities across Windows desktop applications, remote access, SQL Server, VMware, SAN storage, cloud services, Broadworks, Polycomm, BlackBerry, Apple iOS, information security, wireless technologies, and networking. Utilize ITIL, PMI project management, Agile, and change control practices; provide technical engineering recommendations and enhancements from prior system integrations. Communicate effectively and negotiate with stakeholders to work independently with minimal guidance. Possess additional knowledge in PKI, VMware server/VDI, and related enterprise IT topics as listed in the qualifications. Qualifications
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., Zachman, TOGAF) and the ability to translate enterprise goals into technical plans. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI. Proven track record in Windows IT environments, virtualization (VMware), storage (SAN), cloud services, and related technologies. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and ITIL knowledge are a plus; CISSP is preferred. Benefits
