Guest A/V Technology Architect

Caesars Entertainment . The primary duty is to design AV system for all Caesars enterprise projects. This person will lead the how and what for technology in all aspects of AV. This person will also be responsible for product selection, programming, control, and backend of all AV system both new and existing. They will serve as the supervisor to the entire team, guiding them on install, and support post installation. They will engage property operations to learn how best to create meaningful cost savings system that meet the standard set forth by the Director of Guest Technology. Candidates will be ideally located in Las Vegas, NV, Reno, NV, or Atlantic City, NJ.
Responsibilities
Gain extensive knowledge of the physical building and form positive relationships with stakeholders
Program complex AV systems
Design and build complete AV systems
Work knowledge of the differences AV technologies used throughout the properties
Represent Caesars with a high level of knowledge, coordination, and adaptability to ensure quick response and efficiency
Develop excellent relationships with departments and know each leader
Possibly work a variable schedule depending on project requirements
Perform simple technical support duties as needed
Handle changes to panel layouts, add/deletes of hardware, software and firmware upgrades
May be asked to support other properties outside the area
Must be able to acquire a gaming license and will have access to sensitive areas of the property
Qualifications Education and Experience
Education: 5 years or more in complex AV system design and programming. AV certifications are a plus but not necessary.
5 years plus creating complete AV designs and 5 years plus programming Crestron Systems
Crestron, AMX, Audio Visual (AV), ASYS, Programmer, AV Designer
Certificate/License: Ability to acquire a gaming license
