Ideal candidates will be based in WI, IL, MN, or IN We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and opportunistic leader to join our team as a Program Director. This role is responsible for directing all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. You will work with all program stakeholders, including our utility client, area contractors, and customers, to ensure alignment on a cohesive vision to deliver the service that differentiates CLEAResult and our energy efficiency and demand response programs. The Program Directors are very hands-on, leading by example. Be client service-centered and have expert-level active listening and follow-through skills Manage a ~ $20M residential, commercial, IRA, and appliance recycling portfolio of Energy Efficiency programs Monitor and drive performance across established business metrics (budgeting, forecasting, workforce utilization, client satisfaction, etc.) Be the primary customer contact for program activities and lead program review sessions on cost, schedule, performance, and other indicators Lead, develop, and grow a team of 50+ through performance management, goal planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development Contribute to or lead the creation, review, and execution of contracts Identify and manage risk for your portfolio of programs and projects Exciting candidates have…

Over 8 years of progressive people management experience with a track record of positive career growth Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduate education a plus Utility or Energy Efficiency Program experience preferred but not required; strong metrics-driven, client-facing experience will be considered Financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience with the ability to address weaknesses quickly Opportunistic mindset to identify and seize additional revenue opportunities and coach others to do the same Confidence with Adaptive and other business platforms Desire to continue learning and growing professionally Compensation

Compensation Range: $131,900.00 - $197,800.00 Currency: USD Type: Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
