Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and opportunistic leader to join our team as a Program Director. This role is responsible for directing all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. As the leader that embodies and reflects the communities your programs serve, you will work with all program stakeholders, including our utility client, area contractors, and customers, to ensure alignment on a cohesive vision to deliver the service that differentiates CLEAResult and our energy efficiency and demand response programs. Our Program Directors are hands-on leaders who coach, train, and develop teams while maintaining a strong commitment to clients and customers. Responsibilities

Direct all phases of client programs from inception through completion, coordinating with utility clients, area contractors, and customers to deliver a cohesive vision Lead by example with a hands-on, anticipatory, and strategic management style Coach, train, and develop teams to ensure high performance without compromising client and customer commitments Be the primary customer contact for program activities, leading reviews on cost, schedule, performance, and other key indicators Manage risk across the portfolio of programs and projects, including identification, mitigation, and resolution Contribute to or lead the creation, review, and execution of contracts Oversee budgeting, forecasting, workforce utilization, and client satisfaction to drive program success Qualifications and Experience

Over 8 years of progressive people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduate education a plus Utility or Energy Efficiency Program experience strongly preferred, but not required; metrics-driven, client-facing experience will be considered Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management Ability to identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities and coach others to do the same Comfort with quickly learning Adaptive and other business platforms Strong desire to learn and grow professionally Compensation and Benefits

Salary range:

$131,900.00 - $197,800.00 Currency:
