Senior Network Engineer

Manage NetOps service delivery team resources. Define, create, and deliver recurring reports and metrics. Track activities, provide technical leadership, resource management, and team mentoring. Communicate daily with clients and stakeholders. Design and implement network solutions: configure, install, and deploy Cisco-based products and services. Ensure continuous support and maintenance of network solutions, serving as part of the internal escalation process. Lead and manage end-to-end network implementation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Document network configurations, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and project deliverables. Qualifications
Cisco CCNP Enterprise and/or CCNP Security certification. Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting medium/large-scale technical environments. Hands-on experience with Cisco LAN/WAN switches and routers (Nexus 9K/6K/5K, Catalyst 9K/6K/4K, ISRs, ASRs, Fabric Extenders). Solid knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, STP, PIM, LACP, PBR, VPC, MPLS, QoS, multicast, VXLAN). Strong background in Cisco ACI Fabric, BGP-EVPN, and MPLS. Experience with Leaf-Spine architecture design. Practical expertise with Cisco wireless controllers and access points. Familiarity with Citrix Netscalers and Cisco ISE. Proficiency with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (SolarWinds, NetFlow, OpManager, ScienceLogic EM7, NetBrain). Experience with IT service management platforms (ServiceNow). Advanced problem-solving skills for complex network incidents. Strong documentation skills for configurations, procedures, and project deliverables. Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
