Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, where you will be the bridge connecting wholesale and retail customers with the high-quality products offered by Sherwin-Williams. You will play a vital role in understanding customer needs, providing knowledgeable product recommendations, and resolving any concerns swiftly to ensure maximum satisfaction. As a key store associate, you will also be responsible for maintaining product quality and visual standards in our store environment. We are looking for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and meeting store sales goals. Given the nature of this role, some job duties will involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, and store merchandise. To uphold our commitment to safety, a review of your criminal history will be conducted. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by assessing their needs and presenting appropriate solutions Building strong and trustworthy relationships with both wholesale and retail clients Processing sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Keeping up-to-date work order files and formulas Providing customers with the right products from our sales floor or warehouse Tinting and mixing products as per customer specifications Arranging product displays and managing stock on shelves Cleaning store equipment and assisting with deliveries as necessary Maintaining orderly and presentable areas in the store Staying informed about product offerings and discussing options with customers Adhering to inventory control measures and suggesting sales improvements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements: At least 18 years old Legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish Valid and unrestricted Driver's License Able to routinely lift and carry up to 50 lbs and up to 70 lbs on occasion Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred qualifications include: A high school diploma or GED At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service settings Previous experience selling paint and related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Please note that selected candidates will work at store locations within a 6-mile radius of Sherwin-Williams store #705331 at 416 Cambridge Street, Allston, MA 02134, and store #703480 at 1243 Centre Street, Newton Center, MA 02459.
