As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend optimal solutions. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional service, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring total client satisfaction. You will also need to stay informed about product features while maintaining high quality and visual standards within the store. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Build trustworthy relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately, adhering to policies and procedures. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Retrieve appropriate products from shelves or the warehouse. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications when needed. Restock shelves and set up appealing product displays. Keep store equipment clean and operational. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed. Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions in assigned areas. Stay knowledgeable about the products offered and discuss available options with customers. Comply with inventory control procedures. Propose improvements for sales strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen years of age. Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without needing visa sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED is preferred. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Previous experience in selling paint and related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
