Responsible for overseeing and managing complex construction projects through planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities while ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. Essential Functions

Collaborate with hospital leadership, architects, and engineering teams to develop project plans and designs that align with the hospital's strategic goals. Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, procurement processes, and contract negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with construction projects and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including hospital administrators, department heads, and staff, to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Evaluate change requests and modifications to project plans, specifications, or scope. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management required or Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field of Study. Experience: 5-7 years Construction Management experience and 1-2 years Project Management experience required. Licenses and Credentials: none specified. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards; leadership and decision-making abilities; effective communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with healthcare facility requirements; attention to detail; knowledge of sustainable construction practices.
