As a Technical Recruiter, your mission is to drive the full-cycle recruiting process that fuels our growth. You’ll partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, source and attract top technical talent, manage the interview process end-to-end, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage. This is a

What You’ll Do
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs Own full-cycle recruiting across technical roles (engineering, AI/ML, research, product) Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and inbound channels Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the process Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects HockeyStack’s values Collaborate with the team to define, optimize, and scale our recruiting processes Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring progress Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and sourcing platforms to drive efficiency What We’re Looking For
Ownership-first mindset — you take initiative, move fast, and figure things out Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter Fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our SF HQ 3–7+ years of technical recruiting experience (startup or high-growth environment preferred) Proven ability to recruit for specialized technical roles (AI/ML, engineering, research) Proficiency with recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, GitHub, Ashby) Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, frameworks, and tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft engaging outreach Highly organized and detail-oriented with a track record of closing top talent Passionate about technology, AI, and building world-class teams Why Join Now?
