Olsson . Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for hyperscale data center campuses and colocation data centers. We design throughout the U.S. and work on large, complex projects. Responsibilities
As a Senior Civil Designer with a grading & utility focus, you will work in a collaborative team environment on multi-disciplinary complex projects. You will work closely with licensed engineers on plans and calculations, utilizing your expertise in Civil 3D and CAD software. In addition to sheet production work, you will independently design utilities and surfaces with the oversight of an Engineer. You will design utilizing Pipe Networks, Pressure Pipe Networks, and Surfaces containing Corridors, and Feature Lines. Scale of projects starts at roughly 20 acres and can be 200+ acres for a single campus. Qualifications
You are passionate about working collaboratively with others, having ownership in the work you do, and using your talents to positively affect communities. Strong communication skills Ability to contribute and work well on a team Associate’s degree in drafting or related field preferred 8+ years of expertise in drafting and design Experience in surface creation, analysis, utility design, and BIM coordination Proficient in Civil 3D software Location and Work Options
Olsson currently has opportunities to support our Data Center Civil team with flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities; candidates can work hybrid, remote, or out of any Olsson office location. Compensation
Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity. Colorado Pay Range: $87,000 - $114,000 USD. Benefits
