Base pay range
$55.00/hr - $75.00/hr Global VC firm seeks a finance operations consultant for a 6 month contract duration. Duties include recording capital calls and distributions and working with the accounting team. A large part of the role is managing the investor inbox with up to 60 emails per day as well as quarterly reporting to investors. The ideal candidate has investment operations and finance experience coming from an established VC or PE firm, and this is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining more IR exposure. This role will be working onsite 3 days per week and offers excellent work life balance. Responsibilities
Record capital calls and distributions Collaborate with the accounting team on financial processes Manage investor inbox with high-volume email traffic (up to 60 emails/day) Prepare and deliver quarterly investor reporting Qualifications
5+ years of finance and investment operations experience at an established VC or PE firm in a high-volume environment Prior IR experience is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Seniority level
