About the Role We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to play a key role in managing complex commercial and mission critical projects. This position supports the project team from preconstruction through turnover, with responsibility for document control, technical coordination, and communication between owners, designers, trade partners, and field staff. The Senior Project Engineer ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting documentation Support estimating and preconstruction with scope development and bid evaluations Coordinate with superintendents on site logistics, schedules, and temporary facilities Track budgets, cost reports, and schedules in collaboration with project managers Review drawings, specifications, and materials for accuracy and constructability Assist with procurement and approvals of major equipment and systems Monitor project progress, reporting regularly to project managers and owners Support commissioning, punch list, and turnover documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial construction as a project engineer Experience with large, complex projects such as data centers, healthcare, industrial, or aviation builds Knowledge of building codes and construction practices across multiple disciplines Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6 preferred OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety or QA/QC training a plus Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities What’s on Offer Competitive base salary (depending on experience), annual bonus program, company vehicle or allowance with fuel card, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match, and relocation or per diem support for project assignments.
