Marketing Coordinator

The Taubman Company . We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator at Dolphin Mall. In this role, in partnership with the Marketing & Sponsorship Director and Marketing & Tourism Manager you will be responsible for sponsorship and marketing-related activities targeting both local and tourist shoppers. You will positively represent the Center and the Marketing department to tenants, customers, partners, and vendors and perform administrative duties in support of all marketing activities. Responsibilities
Event and Promotions: Coordinate details of events and promotions including tenant participation, marketing and advertising materials, collateral development, entertainment, digital promotion, and vendor management. Attend and work events as necessary. Social Media Program: Coordinate social content development including creating and posting of all content, moderation, and promoted post targeting. Influencer Program: Coordinate the center’s influencer program including contract execution, monitoring fulfillment and relationship building. Email: Coordinate all aspects for the center’s email program including content verification and localization, contributing to the content calendar, and driving email acquisition. Website: Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive information on the center, tenants, and sponsors within the center’s website. Creative Development: Work with corporate creative service department to coordinate all marketing and advertising materials for the shopping center. In-Center Collateral: Monitor and track inventory of all collateral materials, manage in-center signage installation and inventory. Merchant Communication: Coordinate programs and communication with tenants including gathering offers for programs, memo and newsletter development and other tenant related activities. Contests/Sweepstakes/GWP: Coordinate all giveaways, contests and sweepstakes including recaps, analysis, fulfillment, and contracts. Sponsorship: Coordinate fulfillment of sponsorship programs and mall media including execution of benefits, contract fulfillment and proof of posting tracking for both sponsors and media clients. Tourism Programs: Provide support for both B2B and B2C tourism marketing programs including tracking, data entry and fulfillment. Qualifications
Must be fluent in speaking and writing in both Spanish and English Retail experience is preferred Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing or digital marketing work experience is preferred Experience in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite programs is preferred High School degree or equivalent is required Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing is required, or equivalent education and experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email programs Excellent writing and editing skills Excellent oral and written communications skills A high level of professionalism, flexibility and initiative Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve, and multi-task Ability to collect and analyze information used to make sound decisions Equal Opportunity
