We are seeking a

Superintendent

to join a field operations team supporting large-scale multifamily construction projects in the DC metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with

2–7 years of construction management experience

who are ready to take the next step in their careers and take ownership of major scopes of work on complex projects.

Base pay range : $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily field operations for assigned scopes such as façade, interiors, or sitework on large multifamily developments.

Direct and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across the jobsite.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and as-built drawings.

Support overall project scheduling and logistics planning.

Collaborate with project managers, inspectors, and trade partners to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff such as Assistant Superintendents and Project Engineers.

Qualifications

2–7 years of experience in construction management, ideally as a Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, or Superintendent.

Experience on

large-scale multifamily or mixed-use projects

strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency with field management software (Procore, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work weekends and travel locally to project sites as needed.
