11588 Key Job Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for external candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a professional talent acquisition process. Coordinate and participate in college recruiting efforts and internship program administration. Manage internal/external job postings and administer the Applicant Tracking System for assigned requisitions. Screen candidates and schedule, coordinate, and participate in interviews. Support onboarding of new team members in partnership with enterprise-led programs/resources and entity-specific initiatives. Administer Offer Go/No-Go process and candidate communication. Support HR efforts and enterprise-wide programs as needed by assisting with HR initiatives and other special projects. Required Knowledge, Education, Experience, Skills, And Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communication, or a related discipline required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in recruiting or related position required. Demonstrated ability to network, sell opportunities, and match candidates at various levels of an organization. Construction, engineering, automotive, or other relevant industry HR experience preferred. Occasional short-term travel to other offices and events required, roughly 15%. LinkedIn Recruiter experience is highly preferred. Seniority level
