SAP - Quality Management - QM - Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN Base pay range: $142,600/yr - $261,500/yr Location: Anywhere in Country What We Look For
We seek individuals who are technically proficient, proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. You will work with stakeholders to understand needs, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document workflows, and configure integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives. Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Enhance and optimize the Quality Management (QM) process framework, addressing any process discrepancies. Strategically design and prototype SAP QM solutions, leading discussions on functionality to support informed decision-making. Conduct comprehensive system demonstrations to highlight SAP’s standard capabilities and confirm alignment with client needs. Interpret and convert local business needs into system configurations, ensuring SAP setups align with objectives. Scope reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, and other development objects for SAP integration. Evaluate functional specifications documents to ensure clarity and objective alignment. Collaborate with security teams to define and implement local security profiles. Perform field and value mappings for data conversion efforts. Provide support during testing activities and resolve issues identified during testing. Provide SME support during cutover and go-live activities and execute tasks as part of the cutover plan. Demonstrate technical capabilities with strong business acumen to contribute to project success. Facilitate cross-team coordination on integration points with PTD, LEX(IM/EWM), STP to ensure alignment across system components. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically, 4-6 years of relevant experience. 3+ years of experience with SAP ERP systems, with a focus on Quality Management modules. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in managing client relationships and expectations. A strong background in technology analysis and implementation. Prior consulting industry experience. SAP certification(s). Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of core module. What We Offer
