Overview
Location: Anywhere in the country. EY seeks a SAP Quality Management (QM) Manager – Consulting to help clients leverage SAP to improve operations. The base pay range is $142,600.00/yr - $261,500.00/yr. This role involves interacting with business stakeholders, translating requirements into technical specifications, and designing and delivering system architectures. Regular travel to meet client needs is required (based in the U.S.). Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives. Participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Enhance and optimize the Quality Management (QM) process framework, proactively addressing discrepancies. Design and prototype SAP QM solutions, lead discussions on functionality to support informed decision-making. Conduct comprehensive system demonstrations highlighting SAP’s standard capabilities and identify any client-specific needs or gaps. Translate local business needs into system configurations to ensure SAP setups align with objectives. Scope reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows and other development objects to integrate client needs with SAP capabilities. Evaluate functional specifications to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with security teams to define and implement local security profiles. Perform field and value mappings for data conversions. Provide support and SME input during testing, cutover, and go-live activities as part of the cutover plan. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities with strong business acumen to contribute to project success. Coordinate across teams on integration points with PTD, LEX(IM/EWM), STP for seamless alignment. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree). Typically 4-6 years relevant experience. 3+ years of experience with SAP ERP systems, with a focus on Quality Management modules. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project teams. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience relevant to finance and technology functions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you’ll also have
