Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our dynamic legal team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about creditors' rights to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse bankruptcy caseload, providing legal advice to clients, and representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Salary range: $100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr. This role is hybrid in Cleveland, Ohio or Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities

Represent secured and unsecured creditors, committees, trustees, debtors, and other parties in bankruptcy proceedings. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of bankruptcy-related documents including motions, objections, proofs of claim, and plans of reorganization. Provide legal advice to clients regarding all aspects of bankruptcy law, including the rights, obligations, and potential liabilities of creditors. Monitor developments in bankruptcy law and inform clients of potential impacts on their rights and interests. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop effective strategies for protecting clients\' interests in bankruptcy proceedings. Participate in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals, as necessary. Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal memoranda on bankruptcy-related issues. Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting strict deadlines. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3-6 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law, with a strong emphasis on creditors\' rights. Extensive knowledge of federal bankruptcy law and procedure, as well as related state laws. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to develop creative solutions to complex legal problems. Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks effectively. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Benefits
