Litigation Attorney

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, legal research, and briefs Develop legal strategies and advise clients directly Represent clients in court and conduct local travel for appearances as needed Manage cases efficiently while meeting deadlines Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff Qualifications
Admitted to practice law in the State of New York 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred (foreclosure or landlord-tenant law a plus) Strong organizational, research, and writing skills Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and client interaction skills Reliable transportation for local court travel
