Our client, a well-regarded Midwest litigation firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Chicago office. This role offers hands-on exposure to civil litigation matters with a strong courtroom focus, ideal for an attorney with 3 to 5 years of post-bar litigation experience. Key Qualifications
3–5 years of defense-side civil litigation experience preferred Experience in at least two of the following practice areas: Medical Malpractice Defense; Product Liability; Tort Liability; Asbestos / Toxic Tort (preferred but not required) Proven skills in drafting motions, managing discovery, and strong writing ability Deposition and courtroom experience a plus Role Overview
The successful candidate will manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including taking and defending depositions, drafting substantive motions, and participating in court proceedings. Trial and appellate experience is advantageous. About the Firm
