A growing litigation practice is seeking an experienced Associate to join its dynamic team. Trial exposure : Be directly involved in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation alongside respected trial lawyers. Handle trial preparation, strategy, and courtroom support. Maintain accurate and timely case records. Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Active admission to the California Bar. 5–6 years of litigation experience (general liability or related areas preferred). Strong motion practice and deposition skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting. Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
