Conduct and defend depositions, including expert and plaintiff witnesses. Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial. Draft and argue motions, discovery responses, pleadings, and other filings. Handle trial preparation, strategy, and courtroom support. Maintain accurate and timely case records. Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Active admission to the California Bar. 5–6 years of litigation experience (general liability or related areas preferred). Strong motion practice and deposition skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting. Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills.
