Position Summary
This is an onsite position located in Washington, D.C. NCC is seeking an experienced and driven Senior OSINT Analyst
for an upcoming contract (contingent upon award) to conduct in-depth analysis using publicly available information (PAI) and open-source intelligence (OSINT) to assess and interpret complex national security issues. Key Areas of Responsibility
Conduct all-source analysis with a strong emphasis on open-source intelligence to assess regional or functional national security developments and provide strategic insights. Deliver analytic support across collections, operations, investigations, and other defense-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with mission objectives. Demonstrate expertise in advanced analytic methodologies and stay current with innovations from academia and industry to refine and evolve tradecraft practices. Review analytic products to ensure logical coherence, methodological soundness, and sufficient evidentiary support for conclusions; test and challenge the analytic rigor of intelligence outputs. Work closely with analysts, operators, and decision-makers across agencies to integrate insights and ensure intelligence products meet stakeholder needs. Use structured analytic techniques to anticipate trends, threats, and opportunities relevant to national security, and present findings in a clear, impactful manner. Minimum Requirements
Active Top Secret Clearance. Experience with accessing, researching, and exploiting global and regional social media and digital platforms Must have experience with conducting Open -Source research, all-source intelligence analysis, or targeting Knowledge of advanced Internet-based research, including Boolean logic, advanced research techniques, search engine and database resources, and Internet sources, including social media, social networking tools, and commercial and industry-based databases NCC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer (Minority/Female/Veteran/Disabled).
