This role is aligned with the Production Engineering and Operations (PE&O) Homeroom onsite in Palmdale, CA or Clearfield, UT, with occasional travel to other sites. Responsibilities
Provide support to PE&O leaders and employees as the focal point to consult on and implement HR strategy, programs, and policies across multiple client groups. Lead talent identification, performance management, employee relations, compensation, reward and recognition, succession planning, organization and staff development, leadership/bench strength development, staffing, EEO and other HR areas. Manage HR projects with proficient leadership and project management; plan, organize, implement, and close multiple projects across HR work streams. Demonstrate leadership and relationship-building to foster an ethical, collaborative, and high-performing work environment; communicate effectively in a cross-cultural, geographically dispersed leadership team. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications for a Human Resources Business Partner
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable time Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time
Basic Qualifications for the Principal Human Resources Business Partner
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of HR experience OR a Master’s degree and 3 years of HR experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable time Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time

Clearfield salaries: Level 2: $63,800 - $95,800 / Level 3: $78,700 - $118,100. Palmdale salaries: Level 2: $73,900 - $110,900 / Level 3: $91,000 - $136,800. Primary Level Salary Range: $73,900 - $136,800. Secondary Level Salary Range: $63,800 - $118,100. The salary range is a guideline and may vary by scope, experience, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may be included where applicable. Relocation assistance may be available.
