Within our Technical Delivery Services (TDS) organization, we are looking for organized individuals that want to help carry out the TDS mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda. Individuals who have a thirst for knowledge, a natural curiosity to learn, and a desire to help customers solve their business objectives with technology. What You’ll Do

As a TDS Implementation Consultant (IC), you are an integral part of the customer experience team and will focus on the most critical phase of the customer journey with QGenda, ensuring proper product configuration. Your primary objectives are to build the QGendaTime & Attendance / Compensation Management products according to data requirements and ensure constant communication with project team members throughout the implementation phase. You are responsible for establishing a strong foundation that will drive future successes. You will complete configuration according to customers’ success criteria determined during onboarding, use established best practices to address targeted business outcomes, and ensure transfer of configuration knowledge to the Customer Success organization. You will work with all teams throughout QGenda to meet the customer's “go live” expectations and, ultimately, impress the customer with your organizational skills from the onset. As a critical member of the Technical Delivery Services organization, you will ensure configuration aligns with the customer’s success criteria and collaborate to meet project milestones and quality standards. You will test the configured solution, troubleshoot discrepancies, and document configurations for ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer. How You’ll Make an Impact

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the technical advisor during a customer’s onboarding. You will leverage your QGenda expertise to help customers adopt and maximize value from the product. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Sales, Product Development, Customer Success, and QGenda Support. Develop foundational technical knowledge of the QGenda platform by shadowing projects and owning the configuration of low-complexity projects Become familiar with the QGenda system by working on a variety of projects across multiple customer types Collaborate with Solution Architects and Senior ICs on implementations to understand complex requirements and enterprise solution design Collaborate with Technical Specialists to facilitate efficient and standardized configuration Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Project Managers to communicate with customers, maintain timelines, and mitigate risks Gather customer requirements and design a solution to meet them Test the solution and troubleshoot discrepancies Analyze configurations to select the optimal option for fit, feature interaction, and maintainability Use internal knowledge bases to learn best practices and implement solutions accordingly Conduct trainings to enable customers to maximize product usage Validate quality and cleanliness of the solution prior to handoff, removing test components Create documentation to transfer maintenance knowledge to the TAM and CS teams Update project management tools accurately and promptly (e.g., Salesforce, TaskRay) Leverage internal resources for guidance and expertise Participate in client onsite activities as needed Communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and leadership within expected time frames Adhere to all company policies and workflows Complete other duties as directed by management/leadership Who You Are

Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences Proactively identify and solve problems and build sustainable solutions Manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize competing demands Show personal initiative and self-assign work as needed Be detail-oriented and organized Experience using Salesforce, or similar CRM software Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Ability to work in a team environment Experience You Bring

Ability to travel for customer meetings and events Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software and Google Workspace Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet Not Required, but Nice to Have
