Guide customers through the implementation of QGenda Insights, ensuring the platform is configured to meet tailored reporting needs. Design, configure, and deliver QGenda Insights dashboards for customer projects, providing a data analytics view aligned to customer objectives. Conduct training sessions to maximize the usage of QGenda Insights and enable long-term adoption of data outputs. Collaborate with customers post-launch to refine analytics processes and optimize value from QGenda Insights. Lead the creation and promotion of enhanced processes within the CX organization, designing scalable solutions that streamline operations and ensure seamless deployment of QGenda Insights across all customer interactions; identify bottlenecks and promote continuous improvement. Own low-complexity projects with minimal supervision. Build and maintain technical knowledge of QGenda, staying current on new features and training internal and external users. Collaborate with SMEs and experienced colleagues on multiple technical teams to advise customers on best practices for multi-product setups. Provide feedback to colleagues and supervisors on project work and post-go-live support. Promote adoption and retention by communicating gaps in product/features to the product liaison team. Demonstrate expertise on technical topics by supporting business reviews with the Customer Success Management team. Lead client onsite activities related to implementation and go-live preparation when appropriate. Effectively delegate and seek assistance as needed. Who You Are

Ability to translate complex data interpretations and analytics into actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Strong communication of technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proactive problem solving and the ability to build sustainable solutions. Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize competing demands. Ability to identify process gaps and propose improvements for future performance. Self-motivated with the ability to complete assigned tasks and self-assign work as needed. Positive influence and leadership within a team. Detail-oriented and organized. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software. Proficiency with Google G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience You Bring

Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events. Minimum 1.5 years of experience at QGenda or a related field/function. Not Required, but Nice to Have

Engineering or other technical degree. Software SaaS configuration and implementation experience. Experience configuring data analytics tools or dashboards; proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience or exposure to the healthcare market and IT ecosystem. Applicants for this position must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
