We are seeking a

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

to design and lead a scalable recruiting engine that delivers top talent across all levels of the organization. This leader will own the full lifecycle of recruiting—from high-volume hiring to executive search—while building an employer brand and value proposition that differentiates us in the market. The ideal candidate brings experience in both large, complex companies and high-growth environments, with the ability to combine structure and speed to meet hiring goals. Responsibilities

Build and lead a scalable recruiting engine that delivers high-quality talent across high-volume, professional, and executive roles. Create recruiting processes and frameworks that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruiting team capable of adapting to changing business demands. Own the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from workforce planning through onboarding. Lead executive recruiting with professionalism and discretion. Design and scale early talent programs including internships, university partnerships, and pipelines. Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies with growth. Define and activate our employer value proposition and build an employer brand that attracts top talent. Partner with Marketing/Communications to develop content and campaigns that showcase culture and opportunities. Own the ATS and recruiting systems, driving adoption, efficiency, and data accuracy. Leverage data and analytics to measure recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve outcomes. Deliver data-driven insights and polished presentations to senior leadership and boards. Act as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders on recruiting trends, workforce planning, and talent strategies. Influence decision-making through strong communication, executive presence, and data storytelling. Qualifications

8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 3+ years leading recruiting teams. Proven success building a recruiting engine in both large corporate environments and high-growth, scaling companies. Demonstrated experience managing both high-volume recruiting and executive-level searches. Expertise in ATS platforms, sourcing strategies, and digital recruiting tools. Strong data analytics and presentation skills with the ability to influence executives. Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Strong business acumen and ability to align recruiting with strategic goals. What You Will Love About Us
