Adoption Services at Relativity is on a mission to ensure our customers unlock the full potential of RelativityOne. The Product Adoption Services team provides scalable support for clients throughout their adoption journey, with a focus on one-to-many enablement activities and structured onboarding processes. As Product Adoption Services Manager, you will leverage product knowledge and customer service skills to help clients successfully implement and utilize Relativity's solutions, with a focus on broader adoption initiatives and standardized onboarding experiences. You will manage a team of Product Adoption Services Specialists based across the U.S. and report to the Director of Adoption Services. Posting Type

Responsibilities
Lead one-to-many enablement sessions during customer onboarding to ensure proper setup, drive initial adoption, and maximize value of Relativity’s products (specifically the aiR Suite). Manage and direct the team on advanced customer inquiries regarding Relativity workflows across the product line. Proactively surface blockers and develop coordinated solutions. Deliver and contribute inputs to standard adoption materials and training programs created by the LDI Education team. Provide feedback to Expert Product Services team about recurring adoption challenges and improvement opportunities. Collaborate across functions as a strategic partner with Customer Success, Account Executives, Product Management, and others. Participate in cross-functional meetings to capture customer requirements and work with internal teams to implement solutions addressing common business needs. Assess and improve departmental processes, establish operating improvements, and develop/achieve OKRs with leadership. Identify and establish best practices to ensure long-term success of an expanding support model and the growth of team members. Partner with international Adoption Services leadership to set global standards for the Product Adoption function.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or 6-8 years of relevant work experience Minimum of 5 years of eDiscovery/LDI experience Expertise in Relativity’s product solutions, including certification as a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) Experience with AI/ML solutions for e-Discovery is a plus People management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail Customer-centric mindset with a desire to help others succeed Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
Compensation and Benefits
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation, including a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The final offered salary will be based on factors such as depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. The expected salary range for this role is $138,000 to $208,000.
