The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, and trial preparation. Consideration is also given to candidates with experience in commercial litigation and/or financial services. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical and writing skills and academic achievement. The role will provide client-facing responsibilities, court experience, case management ownership, and opportunities to advance in a dynamic law firm. Support all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, motion drafting and arguing, depositions, court conferences, and trial preparation. Manage client matters and contribute to case strategy in a fast-paced, dynamic law firm environment. Qualifications

Admitted to practice in Kentucky; familiarity with Kentucky state and federal courts. 2-4 years of litigation experience; strong analytical and writing skills; demonstrated academic achievement. Experience in commercial litigation and/or financial services is a plus. How to apply
