Role description: National scope/location, position can be filled in any North American location where Arcadis has a legal entity. Responsibilities

Lead long-term, sustainable, profitable growth in North America for existing global key client(s) in the Technology Sector. Lead and manage regional account relationships to establish Arcadis as a trusted partner and achieve growth in accounts managed. Develop and implement Account Strategy in line with Arcadis objectives and market sector strategies through annual and multi-year plans. Prepare and execute account plans to translate strategy into concrete objectives, actions, and outcomes. Develop and maintain knowledge of target clients and the technology sector to identify key trends and opportunities within existing clients and across the sector. Drive overall growth in client account plan bookings, gross margin, and collections to meet or exceed targets while maintaining a CX focus at all client touchpoints. Develop and expand a network of relationships across Operations and Solutions to maximize client impact; capture client data for continuous improvement. Manage pursuits, contribute to bid/no-bid decisions, oversee proposal preparation, and support successful pursuits; manage regional pipeline and align with line pipelines for optimal flow of opportunities. Collaborate with Solutions and Service leaders to align Arcadis value propositions with commercially viable offerings and client outcomes. Develop enduring client relationships locally to understand business needs and growth opportunities. Create a positive account team culture, work with operations teams to achieve high performance, and foster cross-sell opportunities. Share knowledge on trends and opportunities aligned with Arcadis mission to improve quality of life. Work with (G)BA Sales teams to determine client strategy and engage with global sector peers to develop sector synergies. Support marketing strategies for targeted clients and engage with delivery teams to ensure resource availability and delivery excellence. Own the definition and execution of the North America region account strategy; influence project delivery and commercial contracting strategy. Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies to profitably grow client accounts. Strong client-focused relationship-building skills to improve client outcomes. Significant leadership capability with the ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams. Experience as a senior client developer with regional or global presence in the sector. Ambitious mindset with drive to grow the business and meet targets; ability to motivate Account and Pursuit Teams. Entrepreneurial attitude, strategic focus, and strong commercial drive; ability to manage executive-level relationships. Strong communication skills to present value propositions, manage complex topics, and resolve conflicts. Collaborative work style to diversify client accounts and promote engagement across the community. Mentor and share best practices with fellow account leaders and identify emerging talent. Priority areas include breadth of experience across industries, data-driven decision-making and technology literacy, and mobilizing talent across markets. Benefits, compensation & additional info
