Vice President - Renewable Energy Investments (NYC)

Overview Renewable Energy & Infrastructure Finance Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Vice President / Vice President to join a global infrastructure investment firm’s fund, focused on renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure. This role involves investing in large-scale energy transition assets, including wind, solar, and energy storage, with projects that the firm develops, owns, and operates.

Responsibilities

Engage in utility-scale renewables M&A and development with asset- and portfolio-level transaction focus.

Contribute to financial modeling and deal structuring for renewable energy investments.

Collaborate with a fast-paced, collaborative team to execute significant sector transactions.

Identify and evaluate opportunities in wind, solar, and energy storage projects aligned with the fund’s strategy.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in utility-scale renewables M&A and development.

Strong expertise in asset- and portfolio-level transactions, financial modeling, and deal structuring.

Prior experience at an infrastructure fund, IPP, developer, or investment bank is required.
