A highly regarded Dallas-based litigation practice is seeking a Plaintiff Employment Attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join its growing team. The firm focuses on advocating for employees in workplace disputes and offers the opportunity to take on meaningful cases that impact people\'s lives. Responsibilities
Represent employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour claims. Manage a caseload through all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs. Advise clients and provide strategic recommendations to achieve favorable outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive and trial-ready team environment. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed in Texas. 4-8 years of employment litigation experience on the plaintiff side. Strong deposition, motion practice, and trial-preparation skills. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Passion for employee rights and willingness to take cases to trial. Compensation & Benefits

$150,000 - $200,000 base + bonus (DOE) Benefits:
