Assist in the detailed design of high-voltage transmission line projects (69-500kV), including specification development, project administration, and field engineering under guidance. Proficiency in design software tools such as PLS CADD, MFAD, and LPile is essential. A solid grasp of construction documentation processes is required. Essential Functions

Lead transmission system design from initial concept through construction documentation, including cost estimation, equipment selection, safety analysis, and use of tools like PLS CADD, MFAD, and L-Pile. Ensure compliance with utility codes and standards, support QA/QC processes, and develop complete construction packages with foundation and structural detailing. Oversee field activities, serve as on-site engineer, interpret design specifications, manage schedules, and coordinate with contractors. Conduct engineering evaluations, prepare reports and feasibility studies, manage projects, and support team development. Maintain professional growth, ensure code compliance, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Key Traits & Skills

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining a customer-focused and quality-driven mindset. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET-accredited) with FE certification. PE license preferred. 4-5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in design software including PLS Suite. Familiarity with industry codes (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IBC). Willingness to travel for project needs. Why Work With Us?
