Job Summary The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels with a strong focus on SEO and digital performance. This role assists with content creation, campaign coordination, social media management, SEO optimization, lead qualification, and reporting to help build brand awareness, increase visibility in search engines, and drive engagement.

Duties/Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, and web initiatives.

Create, edit, and publish content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking.

Monitor website performance, organic search rankings, and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Help coordinate trade show and event logistics.

Assist with lead follow-up, primarily after tradeshows and events, and help qualify leads for the sales team.

Support the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, data sheets, and case studies.

Regularly update and optimize website content, including product images, landing pages, and blog articles.

Collect, analyze, and compile marketing performance reports across campaigns, SEO, and digital channels.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including SEO benchmarking.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and optimized content.

Knowledge of marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital platforms.

Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook) and their analytics tools.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva a plus.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to evolving marketing strategies.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field OR

1–2 years of related experience in a marketing or communications role, with exposure to SEO and digital campaigns.

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.

Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.

Basic knowledge of HTML and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Travel Required Minimal (0–10%); may include occasional travel for trade shows or company events.

Physical Requirements Ability to lift 20–50 lbs for packing and setting up trade show materials.
