$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Develop and lead huMannity’s total rewards strategy, ensuring compensation and benefits remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals. Oversee base salary structures, drive strategic direction of all reward programs, and equity-based compensation. Conduct compensation benchmarking and ensure compliance with pay transparency laws. Manage benefits and wellness programs, including healthcare, wellness, and 401(k) plans, to support employee well-being. Serve as the company expert on Total Rewards, bringing latest trends and innovative ideas to the forefront and build upon the Total Rewards strategy. Design, implement, and manage competitive benefits programs to enhance employee experience and retention. Prepare and deliver executive communications (briefings, reports, dashboards, and presentations) for the CEO and Finance leadership. Develop messaging that aligns finance initiatives with the broader company strategy for executive and stakeholder audiences. Lead or support change management communications around major financial changes, such as budget reallocation, cost-saving programs, or benefits initiatives. Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field Proven experience in designing, managing, and transitioning to self-funded insurance plans, including reinsurance, stop-loss coverage, and financial risk management 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, compensation analysis, or total rewards Experience with HRIS platforms like ADP and benefits management tools Strong Excel/data analysis skills for benchmarking and reporting Knowledge of benefits compliance, ACA reporting, and 401(k) administration Experience supporting M&A integrations in compensation and benefits is a plus Skills

Benefits Administration & Strategy: Designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs Self-Funded Plan Knowledge: Structuring and operating self-funded plans including reinsurance and stop-loss Compensation Analysis & Benchmarking: Analyzing market trends to ensure competitive compensation Vendor & Broker Negotiation: Negotiating with vendors and brokers Employee Relations & Communication: Handling employee benefits inquiries and messaging Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyzing participation trends and survey feedback Process Improvement & Automation: Streamlining enrollment, billing, and compliance through automation Compliance & Reporting: ACA, IRS reporting, and related regulatory requirements Additional Information
