Responsibilities Reporting to the CEO, serve as a liaison for the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team; exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills Manage multiple priorities and confidential matters with discretion; work independently on projects and anticipate needs Provide calendar management for the CEO, prioritize requests, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth day-to-day engagements Complete a broad range of administrative tasks and assist with special projects to enable effective leadership Keep the CEO informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities; follow up appropriately Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEO, including highly confidential or critical issues Provide a bridge for communication between the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team with credibility and trust Review correspondence, prepare responses, reflect the CEOs style, and flag items needing the CEOs attention Gather and prepare information for meetings with leaders, colleagues, and external parties Assist with managing Board of Directors and Committee meetings and materials; coordinate Executive Leadership Team meetings and other events as needed Make travel arrangements and facilitate completion of expense reports; provide event management support as requested Collaborate with administrative colleagues to ensure executive coverage
Qualifications
Ten or more years of professional experience in an executive support or administrative role; several years as an Executive Assistant to a C-Suite executive High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook Proven track record of handling highly sensitive information with complete confidentiality Aptitude to anticipate needs, solve issues quickly, and communicate effectively in writing Ability to work in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment; willingness to remain available after hours and on weekends as needed Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail; high level of professionalism with diverse groups Strong judgment, ability to set priorities, and capacity to handle a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining discretion with confidential information
