Lastly, you enjoy working hard and celebrating hard, and you’d be shocked if guests weren’t positively impacted by their interactions with you.**What the Retail Warehouse Brand Ambassador will be responsible for:**We need strong leaders to help our retail operations. You will guide our Brand Ambassadors in our service culture of **S.M.I.L.E** – Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. This role also collaborates with managers to ensure everything runs smoothly.**What the Retail Warehouse Brand Ambassador will be responsible for:*** Promote our brand and product in a positive and enthusiastic manner* Control and maintain accurate merchandise inventory* Accurately physically count and tag merchandise* Assist Retail Managers and Lead Ambassadors in-store operations* Maintain a clean and sterile work environment for the health and safety of team members and guests* Other duties as assigned**What the Retail Warehouse Brand Ambassador needs to have:*** Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and the ability to multi-task are a must* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Willingness to learn and be able to work well within a team* Must be punctual and reliable* Outstanding and welcoming personality and work ethic* Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours, weekends, long nights, and holidays. Must have availability to work 80% of scheduled events monthly**Education and Experience:*** Previous
credit card handling with a POS system experience is preferred**Physical Requirements:*** Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques* Ability to stand for 4+ hours during shifts
