Responsibilities
Lead capture efforts for targeted Federal opportunities, including strategy, win themes, solution development, and pricing approach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Federal agencies, prime contractors, teaming partners, and industry stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess opportunities, risks, and differentiators. Build and manage capture plans, win strategies, call plans, and gate reviews to ensure successful pursuit execution. Partner with proposal teams to ensure a compliant, compelling, and customer-focused response. Coordinate with technical, program, and business development teams to align corporate capabilities with customer needs. Develop teaming strategies, negotiate teaming agreements, and identify subcontractor/partner roles. Track and report progress, ensuring capture activities are completed on time and within budget. Stay current on Federal procurement trends, acquisition regulations, and contract vehicles. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Government, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5–10+ years of experience in Federal capture management, business development, or related roles. Strong understanding of the Federal acquisition process, FAR/DFARS, and major contract vehicles (e.g., GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs). Proven track record of leading successful captures and winning Federal contracts. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to collaborate across technical, business, and proposal teams in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
