Responsibilities
- Lead capture efforts for targeted Federal opportunities, including strategy, win themes, solution development, and pricing approach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Federal agencies, prime contractors, teaming partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess opportunities, risks, and differentiators.
- Build and manage capture plans, win strategies, call plans, and gate reviews to ensure successful pursuit execution.
- Partner with proposal teams to ensure a compliant, compelling, and customer-focused response.
- Coordinate with technical, program, and business development teams to align corporate capabilities with customer needs.
- Develop teaming strategies, negotiate teaming agreements, and identify subcontractor/partner roles.
- Track and report progress, ensuring capture activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay current on Federal procurement trends, acquisition regulations, and contract vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Government, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5–10+ years of experience in Federal capture management, business development, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the Federal acquisition process, FAR/DFARS, and major contract vehicles (e.g., GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs).
- Proven track record of leading successful captures and winning Federal contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across technical, business, and proposal teams in a fast-paced environment.
