Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze PLM requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Teamcenter. Design and implement customizations in Teamcenter, including but not limited to Active Workspace, server-side customizations, Stylesheet modifications, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), and ITK (Integration Toolkit). Develop, test, and deploy extensions, plugins, and integrations to enhance Teamcenter functionality and interoperability with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD, MES). Participate in architectural discussions and recommend best practices for scalability, maintainability, and performance of Teamcenter environments. Troubleshoot complex PLM issues, debug customizations, and provide technical support for Teamcenter deployments. Support Teamcenter solution deployment, rollout, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and robust data integrity. Document development work, configurations, and custom solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Participate in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, story estimation, and iterative delivery cycles. Maintain awareness of the latest Teamcenter features, Siemens releases, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and inform future strategies. Required Skills and Experience

6-10 years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter development and support, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments. Strong capability in Teamcenter customization, with expertise in: Active Workspace configuration and extension Server customization, including Java and BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE) Stylesheet customization for UI/UX enhancements SOA and ITK development for integration and automation Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
