Regional Income Development Executive - Northwest Division Zurich North America is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to support sales efforts in the West Division. This territory includes the state of Washington and may include parts of other neighboring states. The ideal candidate will live in the territory. Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium – e-mail/intranet/newsletter to maintain good relationships Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts, as needed Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in to maintain good relationships Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere Compensation and Benefits

Earn a competitive base salary with a generous no cap incentive plan Receive excellent benefits and a company car (All candidates are subject to a driving record check) The compensation range indicates a nationwide market range and may be adjusted for geographic differentials. The base salary range for this position is $64,600 - $105,900, with total compensation target between $165,000 and $205,000 depending on location, experience, and performance. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the sales area Preferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology Dealership training experience Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership Basic knowledge of all F&I products Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims Ability to multi-task Additional Information
