Principal Product Lead , you’ll play a central role in defining and delivering world-class products. You’ll uncover the “why” and work closely with engineering teams to bring partners’ visions to life, manage requirements, and align development with product goals. Attend client meetings; lead discovery process; gain knowledge of our clients' businesses; lead client presentations Build strong client relationships in building solutions that align with product vision and outcomes Collaborate with client and project teams to define feature sets and prioritization for applications that align with client strategy Deliver well-written user stories and functional requirements Collaborate with product designers and engineers to create best-in-class user experiences Lead the definition and documentation of high-level business requirements Own the complete solution and share the vision with internal and external teams Work with design and development teams to ensure solutions align with time and budget constraints Qualifications

7+ years of experience in the software development industry as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Requirements Manager, Product Manager, or related position Understanding of SDLC and experience with one or more software development methodologies Demonstrated experience with AI technologies in personal and/or professional contexts Experience working closely with clients; leading discovery processes and client presentations Understanding of UX and ability to define user flows and lead a UX design process Experience eliciting and defining requirements for web and/or mobile app projects Understanding of business processes and ability to define, communicate, and document them Ability to consider edge cases and risks within a project Understanding of wire-framing and/or prototyping Understanding of web services and database architecture Technical problem-solving ability to address and communicate issues between systems Strong listening, questioning, and problem-solving skills Curiosity and adaptability across industries, technologies, and businesses Bonus Points

Certified Agile ScrumMaster or Product Owner Experience in a major technology consultancy or agency Extensive experience as a software developer building web/mobile applications Working knowledge of SQL Experience with enterprise business applications (CRM, ECM, etc) Experience with enterprise IT applications (ESB, MDM, Data Warehousing) Experience with design/prototyping tools (Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc) Equal Opportunity Employer

$135,000 — $167,000 USD
