Strategic Planning : Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute business strategies and growth initiatives. Financial Oversight : Direct all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Risk Management : Implement robust internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Capital Management : Oversee capital structure and manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external partners. Operational Efficiency : Drive financial process improvements and system implementations to support scalability. Who are you?
Education : Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / MBA preferred). Experience : 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with prior CFO or senior financial executive roles. Strategic Visionary : Proven track record of guiding organizations through growth and change. Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance requirements. Exceptional Communicator : Ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders. Results-Driven Leader : Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
