What will your day look like?
  • Strategic Planning : Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute business strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Financial Oversight : Direct all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Risk Management : Implement robust internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Capital Management : Oversee capital structure and manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external partners.
  • Operational Efficiency : Drive financial process improvements and system implementations to support scalability.
Who are you?
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / MBA preferred).
  • Experience : 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with prior CFO or senior financial executive roles.
  • Strategic Visionary : Proven track record of guiding organizations through growth and change.
  • Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional Communicator : Ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven Leader : Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
