RDMA Network Software Development Engineer Graduate (High Speed Network) - 2026 Start (PhD) at ByteDance. Minimum Qualifications
2026 PhD graduate with a background in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or related technical discipline. Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment. Proficiency in one or several mainstream programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Python, Go. Passion in high-speed IP networking, hardware-software interaction, and hardware offloading technologies. Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with RDMA/RoCE network protocol is a plus. Experience in developing software systems for large-scale data center networks or distributed systems is a plus. Job Information & Benefits
Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136,800 - $259,200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
