Minimum Qualifications
2026 PhD graduate with a background in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or related technical discipline Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment Proficiency in one or several mainstream programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Python, Go Interest in high-speed IP networking, hardware-software interaction, and hardware offloading technologies Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with RDMA/RoCE network protocol is a plus Experience in developing software systems for large-scale data center networks or distributed systems is a plus Job Information
Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $129,960 - $246,240 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by employment type and location. Employees have day-one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off (including holidays, sick days, and paid personal time, prorated at start with tenure-based accruals).
