$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management will lead sourcing projects, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and inventory management across multiple categories. This role will support both new product development and ongoing operations, while influencing cross-functional teams and driving supplier performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead supplier selection, RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management. Manage procurement, purchase orders, and component inventory. Support/lead business review meetings (BRMs) and Operational Excellence initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders (Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Development, etc.) to ensure supplier alignment. Prepare, challenge, and track contracts and sourcing documents. Coordinate supplier and internal meetings; document key decisions. Provide strategic sourcing support across projects, from development through commercialization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or manufacturing experience; advanced degree (MBA/PhD) preferred. Experience leading external manufacturing service providers or material suppliers. Strong knowledge of CMC development, GMP regulations (21 CFR 11, 210, 211, 820). Skilled in SAP or ERP systems. Proven contract negotiation and supplier management experience. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills. Experience with combination products a plus. Seniority level
