Job Summary To review medical records and assign ICD-9-CM and CPT codes to inpatient and/or outpatient records. Post charges and level ER visits. Abstract medical, demographic and other information from the medical record and enter data into the hospital-wide information system, meeting coding standards and daily productivity.

* High School diploma or equivalent * 2 years coding experience in ICD-9-CM and CPT-4
