Senior ServiceNow Developer role at Go Intellects Inc. You will design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs. Responsibilities
Maintain and perform continual service improvements on ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM modules. Collaborate with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements. Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows, and business use cases. Perform operational administrative tasks as needed. Assist with report configuration and maintenance as needed. Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems. Design/Develop ServiceNow Forms and Tables as well as Modules. Develop Workflow/Flow Design to drive approvals and process lifecycle. Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs (including CMS/Service Portal). Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow. Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends; identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Best Practices & Governance
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, agency security guidelines, governance policies, and maintain an as close to out-of-the-box environment as possible. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification highly desired. Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with the listed modules. Experience in Agile/Scrum. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and scripting. Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances into production. Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes and ServiceNow. Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, integration and testing tools. Resolves problems and responds to suggestions for improvements. Acts as team leader on projects. Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers. Participates in development of software user manuals. Minimum Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
