Vice President
to join our private equity team, with a strong background in middle-market buyout investing. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of evaluating, executing, and managing investments, particularly in the manufacturing and industrial services sectors. This individual will play a key role in leading transaction execution, from diligence and structuring to closing, and will be a critical member of our investment team driving value creation across our portfolio. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the deal process for both
new platform investments
and
add-on acquisitions
made by existing portfolio companies. Manage diligence workstreams, coordinate advisors, develop investment committee materials, negotiate deal terms, and build strong relationships with management teams. Contribute to portfolio company oversight, helping to shape strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and long-term growth plans. Lead transaction execution from initial diligence through closing in collaboration with the investment team. Qualifications Direct private equity experience at the Vice President level (or equivalent). Proven ability to drive successful outcomes in buyout transactions. Background in middle-market buyout investing, with emphasis on manufacturing and industrial services sectors. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and demonstrate judgment, maturity, and technical expertise to guide deals from start to finish.
