Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Support and monitor enterprise IT systems, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and endpoint devices. Ensure uptime, performance, and compliance with SLAs. Incident & Problem Management: Lead resolution efforts for major incidents and recurring problems. Implement ITSM best practices and maintain documentation for root cause analysis. Vendor & Procurement Management: Oversee vendor contracts, procurement processes, and service delivery. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure cost-effective and compliant sourcing. Strategic Planning & Execution: Support strategic initiatives such as data foundation projects, agile transformation, and IT shared services restructuring. Align operations with long-term business goals. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption. Security & Compliance: Partner with the Information Security team members to enforce cybersecurity policies, conduct audits, and ensure regulatory compliance. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical IT systems. Conduct regular testing and updates to ensure readiness. Project Support: Collaborate with project managers to support infrastructure needs for new deployments, upgrades, and migrations. Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with various Inland entities to budget and forecast IT expenses. Analyze and optimize IT operational costs and provide financial reporting and recommendations. Asset & Warranty Management: Ensure warranty information is updated in ServiceNow when new equipment is purchased. Generate asset management reports from ServiceNow, including warranty status, as required by business managers. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Develop Knowledge Base Articles in ServiceNow to document procedures and processes for both internal team members and end users. Team Leadership: Supervise IT support staff and infrastructure engineers. Provide mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities. Travel three – five times a year may be required for vendor meetings, remote office due diligence visits, and remote site onboarding. Demonstrate the highest standards of personal and professional integrity, adhere to company’s policies and procedures, and comply with applicable laws, government rules and regulations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience. Experience and Skills: 10+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure management. Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems. Strong understanding of ITIL, network architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365, and AWS), and enterprise systems. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Hands-on experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and routers). Familiarity with ServiceNow IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems. Proficient in developing Knowledge Base Articles in ServiceNow to document procedures and processes for both internal team members and end users. Experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Deliver high-quality customer service to a diverse group of end users using clear and simple language. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Flexible and responsive to changing priorities and solutions-oriented mindset. Must be driven and focused on business outcomes and delivery of business value. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. Ability to work both with a team and independently with minimal supervision. Ability to engage effectively and professionally in both a one-on-one and group settings with third parties such as clients, peers, and vendors. Certifications/Licenses

ITIL Foundation PMP Certification CompTIA A+ / Network+ Annual base salary range:
